It’s Children in Need on Friday 17th November. We are excited to be joining others around the UK in raising money for this wonderful charity. Read here to find out how we will be taking part:
Children in need is a charity that aims to offer every child in the UK a safe, happy, and secure childhood. For these reasons, they hold an important place in our hearts. This Friday we will be celebrating Children in Need by wearing something spotty, yellow or both. Also, Hallmoor Cafe will be running a bake sale throughout the morning to raise funds for this amazing charity.
We are proud to be joining schools across the Forward Education Trust in making a huge difference to children’s lives in our City and the rest of the UK. Across Birmingham, Children in Need supports many local charities: The Open Doors Project, Square Peg Activities, Big Top Musical Adventures and many more.
Throughout the week, Children will be able to participate in Pudsey challenges. Including:
- The Pudsey Bearpees challenge, which will be done in PE and enrichment throughout the week. The burpees will be adjusted to suit all student abilities.
- And the runPudsey challenge on Friday 17th November.
Any donations for Children in Need can be given in at the bake sale next week. Thank you very much for all your generosity and support for this wonderful cause.
